Pueblo Verde

Pueblo Verde is one of the main commercial and lifestyle destinations in Lapu-Lapu City, located within the larger MEZ2 Estate near Mactan-Cebu International Airport.

The area combines restaurants, cafés, retail shops, offices, service businesses, and commercial spaces in a modern open-layout environment that has become a popular stop for both locals and visitors around Mactan. Pueblo Verde is especially known for its accessible location near the airport, MEPZ 2, and the busy road connections between Mactan and Cebu City.

Many people also refer to the area simply as “The Outlets” because of The Outlets at Pueblo Verde shopping complex located within the district. In daily conversation, locals may also describe the area as “Tamiya”, referring to the nearby intersection and surrounding neighborhood that has become one of the busiest commercial zones in this part of Lapu-Lapu City.
